Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. You have 21 days from the date the package arrives to contact us at support@windvandy.com and request a replacement/exchange/refund if needed. Once a return is requested and approved, all packages must be shipped within 7 days or the request will be voided.

With all products that are defective, or different to the size/colour ordered due to our, we will send replacement products without return or refund.

Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other “From” address on the package- we must approve the return first, and you will need to send us an email to request the correct return address based on your location.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Original condition is consider as any merchandise that is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
